If the guest is looking for a quiet family vacation and a friendly and cosy environment with a plethora of comforts, Maria Rooms is the ideal place! Regardless of the reason for your visit, we will try to meet all your requirements and desires. Maria Rooms has 3 rooms-studios with a balcony and one little yard.
Our rooms are definitely oriented toward serving families or groups of friends.
Fully renovated in 2021
Embracing innovation, we renovated all of our rooms in 2021, to feel more comfortable with us. All of our rooms are classically decorated and include bedrooms, sofa beds, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, air conditioner, dining area, private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, balcony and a small yard with playground. You can cook, relax or have your tea or coffee on the balcony. The rooms are spacious, bright and with many wardrobes for your things. If you have children, they will have the opportunity to amuse themselves by playing in the yard with some of our playground toys, such as a slide or playground balls. Of course, you can communicate with our staff and have access to all the information you need. We will be happy to answer your questions! We are here for you any time!
About our location at Polychrono at the centre of Kassandra, Halkidiki, Greece
Our conveniently located apartments is 150m from the central village square, where you can have your coffee or drink at our traditional cafes or taste the well-known greek cuisine! It is widely known that we have a remarkable culinary history! Don’t leave Polychrono without trying our feta, olive oil, wine, fresh fish, tzatziki and spanakopita. Also, our apartments are 150m from the famous Polychrono beach, which is an organised beach with beautiful turquoise waters and a landscape of incomparable beauty. Don’t forget also to visit our stunning pine forest. For travellers who don’t want to use their car or they don’t own a car, it is noteworthy to mention, that there is a taxi stand and a bus stop at 500m. Of course, we suggest you visit the famous bakery Lemonis, with top quality products, which is near the central village church. As you can see, Maria Rooms is perfectly located in the heart of Polychrono village!
